OUR Dream

Hi, I'm Simon Jeffrey. I've been a tree surgeon and fencer for over 25 years, but my dream has always been to be a coppice worker in the woods.

The smell of bluebells in the spring....the crack as a felled Chestnut is split into rails and posts....the sight of my little girls, baby boy and wife enjoying the sunshine, working alongside me....the smell of the fire burning, knowing that it is heating my cuppa on a cold, snowy day - these are just a few perks of the job.

BUT, the biggest reward is knowing that we have produced good quailty fencing and alotment products, which will stand the test of time. We have been there from the beginning to the end. We've chosen which Chestnut to use, felled it, split it and prepared it for sale, but I've also dug the holes and installed the fencing we've produced.

Due to us, creating and installing our own Chestnut fencing, I can make sure that everything is perfect.

We want you to feel the same way too.
